The Website is a resource for all those who have, look after and or handle dogs and We aim to provide an open resource via Our Website for information and locations of dog-friendly places specifically for reactive dogs in hospitality, tourism and leisure.
We understand that every dog is unique whether they be reactive and or anxious or perhaps an XL Bully type who just needs a dog friendly location to visit!
We also work with different travel, tourism, hospitality, and dog-related businesses (“Business Owners”, “You”) via the Website.
We can recommend Business Owners via our Website and Business Owners can also advertise with us. We my take a fee for this which will be decided on a case by case basis.

There are two types of Users who access Our Website:
- “Business Owners” who list via Our Website and detail their travel, tourism, hospitality and dog-related businesses.
- “Customers who search for information, listings, bookings and clicks on Business Owners third party links to make a “Booking”.
7. Business Owner Terms and Obligations
We are not an agent of any Business Owner and We do not act as an intermediary between You and the Customer. We only provide information, and any contract would be between You and a Customer.
Any legal contract for a Booking is between you and a Customer and there is no contract with Us. The Business Owner’s booking conditions apply.
We do not hold any money on behalf of You.
You are solely responsible for your own content and information presented. We recommend only! No such recommendations are intended to be an endorsement/statement that the information contained therein is accurate.
Business Owners shall use all commercially reasonable endeavours to market the Website and the Company in order to generate sales where applicable to Customers.
Any commission and or payment to Us shall be agreed on a case by case basis and set down in writing.
8. Third Party Links – Business Owners
You must contact Us in order to access any particular features on Our Website such as adding listings and events, services, hospitality venues and the like for reactive dogs.
You grant to Us a non-exclusive royalty free license to use, reproduce, edit and publish listings for You which may contain your logos and or copyright.
You may link to Our Website provided that:
a. You do so in a fair and legal manner;
b. You do not do so in a manner that suggests any form of association, endorsement or approval on Our part where none exists;
c. you do not use any logos or trade marks displayed on Our Site without Our express written permission; and
