The Website is a resource for all those who have, look after and or handle dogs (“You”) and We aim to provide an open resource via Our Website for information and locations of dog-friendly places specifically for reactive dogs in hospitality, tourism and leisure.

We understand that every dog is unique whether they be reactive and or anxious or perhaps an XL Bully type who just needs a dog friendly location to visit!

There are two types of Users who access Our Website:

  1. “Business Owners” who list via Our Website and detail their travel, tourism, hospitality and dog-related businesses.
  2. “You” who searches for information, listings, bookings and clicks on Business Owners third party links to make a “Booking”.

Business Owners are subject to separate Business Owner Terms which will prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

7. Business Owner Terms

We are not an agent of any Business Owner and We do not act as an intermediary between You and the Business Owner. We only provide information, and any contract would be between You and a Business Owner. 

Any legal contract for a Booking is between you and a Business Owner and there is no contract with Us. The Business Owner’s booking conditions apply.

We do not hold any money on behalf of the Business Owner.

We have no control over external websites and Business Owners are solely responsible for their own content and information presented. We recommend only! No such recommendations are intended to be an endorsement/statement that the information contained therein is accurate. You must conduct your own research to ensure You have all the information You need.

8. Third Party Links – Business Owners

When you purchase via a third-party Business Owner link, We may earn a commission/financial reward but that is between Us and the Business Owner and subject to Business Owner Terms.

Any commission/financial reward does not influence any content on Our Website and supports Our business enabling Us to find more places for You to take your dog! There is no need for You to click on any links. Business Owners are listed based on Our personal experiences, recommendations and preferences.

We will also state when We use an affiliate link and they can be found on Our Website, blogs, social media channels, banner advertising and listings.

None of the information on Our Website should be construed as professional advice – personal recommendations, opinions and reviews only!

9. Sponsorship

From time to time, You will see sponsored posts and or banners on Our Website and social media channels as above. We are not liable for any of the information conveyed via those posts.

10. Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and Other Legislation

We are passionate about reactive dogs however if you use Our Website You must have the ability to control your dog in public. If you own a dangerous dog as laid down by the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or any other legislation including The Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Schemes and Miscellaneous Provisions) (England and Wales) Order 2023 You are under a duty to prove it is not a banned type and hold appropriate certificates of exemption. The Company holds no liability here nor can the Company provide any advice. You must obtain the prior consent of any Business Owner before taking a dog and this is between You and the Business Owner.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are drafted in accordance with and are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any and all disputes arising out of these Terms.

12. Validity

In the event that a court finds a condition in these Terms is illegal and void, the illegal and void provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue to be valid and have full force and effect.
